Michael Craton (Ph.D. 2020) placed third in the highly competitive student paper competition of the 2021 IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS2021). Congratulations!
His paper was titled: "Additive Manufacturing of Frequency Agile W-Band Packaging." Michael graduated in December 2020 and was co-advised by Prof. Prem Chahal, Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Prof. John Papapolymerou, Chairperson and MSU Foundation Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Michael now lives near Boston and works at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a member of the technical staff in the Advanced SATCOM group.
